Reporting to the Country Manager APAC, you''ll deliver integrated programs that shape shopping behavior and enhance Afterpay''s presence in Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in Sydney, with a hybrid of in-office and remote work.You will oversee a high-performing team across Trade Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Visual Merchandising. You will lead major shopping events such as Afterpay Day and Holiday Season, and drive innovative partner marketing programs with top-tier merchants across retail, travel, ticketing, food delivery, and more. Additionally, you will oversee our Visual Merchandising strategy to ensure strong in-store presence and brand visibility.Your work will balance strategic leadership with operational excellence, creating value for partners and supporting Afterpay''s growth objectives.You WillLead 7 cross-functional marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, continuous improvement, and high performance.Develop and execute the strategic roadmap across Trade, Partner Marketing, and Visual Merchandising.Drive innovation to unlock customer growth and partner value.Execute flagship campaigns including Afterpay Day, Holiday, and EOFY.Design and deliver innovative co-marketing campaigns with key merchant partners across multiple verticals.Oversee Visual Merchandising strategies to ensure strong in-store presence and brand visibility.Ensure operational excellence and strong governance across your function.Own and optimize budget allocation across initiatives.Establish measurement frameworks to track and report on key metrics.Partner cross-functionally with Sales, International Marketing, Finance, and Legal to align on business goals.You HaveAt least 12 years of marketing experience, with a proven record in developing and executing integrated marketing and partner relationships.Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, fostering collaboration and high performance.Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and customer behavior.A bold creative mindset combined with commercial acumen and strategic thinking.Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and unify teams around shared goals.Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.We are committed to building a more inclusive economy and workplace.
