We attract and retain top talent, empowering our workforce to drive excellence for our customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.About the roleWe are seeking a Head of SAP Supply Chain Technology to lead the strategic delivery of SAP-driven solutions across our supply chain functions. Reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain IT, this senior leadership role will define and develop Sigmas engagement framework with key stakeholders across Operations (Logistics), Direct Procurement, and Demand/Supply Planning.With the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and associated SaaS products, this role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction across our supply chain. You will act as the bridge between business needs and our outsourced Application Support and Maintenance vendor (TCS), ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of SAP technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn business relationships across all levels of Sigmas Supply Chain organisation.Drive continuous improvement and enhancements across SAP S/4 HANA, EWM, Ariba, and IBP.Ensure all design proposals align with both Supply Chain and IT strategies.Support Supply Chain teams in preparing business cases and adhering to project governance frameworks.Lead the integration of EWM data into Sigmas Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) using Microsoft Azure/Snowflake and Power BI.Build a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Set clear KPIs, mentor staff, and manage vendor relationships.Establish cost-effective processes to optimise operational expenditure.Provide leadership in recruitment, performance management, and professional development.What Were Looking ForWe are seeking a strategic leader with deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain technologies and a proven track record in IT leadership.
