Role Overview As Director of Product, APAC Mortgages, you will lead the strategy and delivery of a regional mortgage solution designed to set a new global benchmark. This role involves collaborating with product, technology, and nCino customers to shape the future of lending across APAC, utilizing data, design thinking, and deep market insights. Essential Functions Define an 18 to 24-month product roadmap with ACV targets, incorporating team input. Create vision and strategy to ensure success. Align solutions on the roadmap with corporate objectives. Coordinate with Sales and Success leadership to forecast revenue and adoption to justify investments. Initiate new or revised programs and operating policies across departments and teams. Skills & Requirements Domain expertise in mortgage solutions and understanding of APAC market dynamics. Ability to articulate product solutions and how they address customer challenges, including market responses. Experience managing product management processes and elevating product practices. Engagement with customers within the mortgage line of business and participation in external messaging. Leadership skills, including coaching and talent retention. Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 12+ years of experience, including 4+ years in management. Knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and software development methodologies. Excellent communication skills and experience delivering products in an agile environment. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Agile principles. Experience with loan origination software or related technologies.
