You have a valid Australian Driver''s License and access to a car, which is required for this role.Your technical expertise includes:Windows OS: Strong experience with Windows 10 & 11 setup, administration, and troubleshooting, including SOE (Standard Operating Environment).Identity & Device Management: Proficient in user management within Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, SCCM, Anti-Virus, PCI tools, and particularly with Microsoft Intune MDM (Windows, iOS, macOS, Android), including enrolment, application packaging, and deployment.Telecommunications: Experience managing Cisco Call Manager/UCM (Physical and Soft Phones), Video Conferencing, Touchpoint, NBN, WiFi, and VPN.Networking: Familiarity with LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi technologies, including their use, deployment, and troubleshooting.Who We AreSpotlight Group Holdings (SGH) is Australia''s largest privately-owned and operated family business.
