An exciting opportunity presents for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to join their close knit team on a permanent basis.Position DescriptionWith team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join their team on a full time basis. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:Payroll for 300+ employeesPayment of superannuation and taxProcessing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustmentsAccounts PayableAccounts ReceivableBank reconciliationsMonth end reportingDevelop and foster positive relationships with internal and external customersComplete various reporting dutiesProvide support to the wider finance team where requiredIdeal CandidatePrevious experience in a similar all round accounts position with end to end payroll experienceStrong technical knowledge with a passion for understanding core financial principals and delivering a high quality of serviceAbility to confidently work autonomously, as well as act as a team player to operate collaborativelyHonest, reliable and dedicated workerExcellent verbal and written communicationExceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesSuperior attention to detail and ability to multi-taskAdditional BenefitsJob security in a full-time permanent roleOffice located close to home in Somerton (Melbourne''s North)Onsite parkingMentorship & career developmentAttractive remuneration (circa $80,000 - $85,000 + super)Join a growing national business as soon as you are ableSupportive working environmentHow To ApplyTo apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
