Your goal is to increase traffic, drive sales, and deliver memorable experiences to operators, customers, visitors, and communities.Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring the customer and visitor experience is prioritized in all aspects of the role and asset offerings.Contributing to the objectives of each assets Asset, Business, and Strategic Leasing Plan, understanding the asset lifecycle.Building relationships with operators, Mirvac teams, local community groups, authorities, customers, and visitors, and attending meetings as required.Contributing to the design strategy and ensuring adherence to the assets Tenancy Design Guidelines.Working with the leasing team to resolve roadblocks and manage design expectations by providing solutions early.Managing the design approval process to deliver a premium tenancy design and fit-out experience that maximizes trading performance.Negotiating the best retail design for tenancies, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and managing contractors and consultants.Ensuring operators understand their design obligations and that fit-outs are completed and signed off before trade commencement.Maintaining data accuracy and project milestones in Salesforce, updating stakeholders on progress.Using Salesforce data proactively to identify potential design issues and support strategic decisions.Conducting site reviews and maintaining a presence during tenancy fit-outs to resolve issues promptly.Managing relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of fit-outs.Collaborating with the Development team during planning to address potential design issues.Driving improvements in Retail Design procedures and contributing to the Retail Design & Fitout Guide updates.Working with national teams on retail initiatives and strategy implementation.Adhering to policies, reporting deadlines, and compliance standards, providing high-quality asset information.Staying informed on market research, trade area developments, and industry trends to inform decisions.Engaging with industry bodies and emerging concepts.Supporting additional projects and duties as required.Your point of difference3-6 years of experience in design and/or retail industry.Experience in high-volume roles with conflicting priorities.Negotiation experience with design outcomes and terms.Proficiency in working with design documentation.Relevant tertiary qualification.High IT proficiency, e.g., Microsoft Office.Ability to convey ideas visually and demonstrate creativity and innovation.Proactive, self-motivated, with problem-solving skills and efficiency improvements.Team player with independence, multitasking, adaptability, and flexibility.Attention to detail across customer touchpoints and asset presentation.Customer-centric mindset with understanding of local communities and trade areas.Life at Mirvac93% of employees are proud to work at Mirvac.Leadership and professional development programs, including Mirvac Masters.Diverse workforce with over 25 ethnicities and 33 languages spoken.Discounts across health, wellness, lifestyle, motor vehicles, travel, and technology. #J-18808-Ljbffr
