If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are resilient under pressure, and have a strong eye for detail, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities: *Procurement and Maintenance*: Manage the purchase and maintenance of transportation vehicles, equipment, and fuel resources. *Client Liaison*: Engage with clients to identify their transport needs, offer advice on appropriate vehicle selections, explain purchasing or hiring rates, outline obligations, and resolve any complaints. *Order and Booking Management*: Receive and process orders and bookings, while planning and implementing efficient transportation schedules. *Quality Assurance*: Ensure that goods are stored and transported in appropriate conditions to maintain their quality. *Logistics Coordination*: Arrange for the collection and delivery of vehicles and goods, ensuring timely and efficient operations. *Record Keeping and Reporting*: Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational statements and reports for management review. *Train Operations Oversight*: Coordinate the loading and unloading processes, as well as the arrival and departure schedules of trains. *Safety Compliance*: Ensure that all operations comply with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Why Join Us?
