Your primary focus will be ensuring that the website is strategically optimized to serve SEO performance, supporting crawlability, keyword targeting, content hierarchy, and on-site experience to maximize organic visibility.What Youll Do:Website Growth Strategy:Collaborate with the SEO team to grow organic traffic and improve search visibility through structure, speed, content access, and UX enhancements.Ensure the website architecture, internal linking, and technical components are built to serve SEO performance goals.Support integrated digital marketing campaigns through SEO-aligned landing pages, tagging, and conversion funnels.Track KPIs, measure growth initiatives, and report outcomes to marketing leadership.User Experience Optimization:Improve the user journey by enhancing site layout, navigation, and content hierarchy based on SEO and UX insights.Partner with designers and developers to deliver mobile-friendly, SEO-compatible, high-performing pages.Leverage user behavior and search intent data to inform user experience enhancements.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):Execute A/B and multivariate tests across SEO landing pages and funnel entry points.Collaborate with content and paid media teams to align user intent with page design and CTA strategies.Optimize meta data, headers, visual hierarchy, and site speed to influence both SEO and conversion rates.Analytics and Data Insights:Use Google Analytics GA4, Clarity, and SEO tools to analyze organic traffic behavior and performance trends.Build dashboards and reports that integrate SEO health, site usage, and conversion insights.Recommend improvements to both technical and content areas of the site based on user flow and SEO metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work hand-in-hand with the SEO team on keyword strategy, schema markup, and link-building initiatives.Partner with product marketing and content teams to ensure web content is both discoverable and compelling.Coordinate with developers to implement SEO-friendly enhancements and structured data tagging.What Were Looking For:5+ years of experience in website optimization, SEO support, or digital marketing roles.Proven track record working with SEO teams to improve organic visibility and technical performance.Deep understanding of on-site SEO, UX best practices, and web conversion tactics.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and testing platforms (e.g., Google Optimize).Strong analytical and communication skills to turn performance data into cross-functional actions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
