If you''re passionate about people, know the fast-paced world of retail inside out, and love the idea of helping others succeed, this role could be the perfect fit.Why This Role Is DifferentThis isnt your typical behind-the-scenes role! Youll be out in stores, meeting new team members, and making their first days memorable. Youll travel (mostly by plane) across QLD, VIC and SA to support onboarding and training face-to-face, while also getting hands-on in-store, so being able to lift up to 20kg is part of the job. But its not all movement. Your office or work-from-home days are just as important, giving you space to plan, create, and refine impactful training programs that shape real retail success.What Youll Be Doing:Training & DevelopmentDeliver structured training to new team members (both online and in-store) covering everything from systems and sales to customer serviceProvide ongoing training to existing employees to support development and product knowledgeCreate and maintain engaging training materials: handbooks, presentations, and digital learning modulesTrack and report training participation and outcomes to HR and States ManagersUse feedback and performance data to continuously improve training content and deliveryOnboarding CoordinationOwn the onboarding process from start to finish: scheduling, materials, inductions, and supportBe the go-to person for new hires, answering questions and guiding them through their early daysCollaborate with HR, States Managers, and the Manager Trainer to ensure a seamless and structured experienceEnsure all onboarding tasks, such as contracts, systems, policy sign-offs, are completed accurately and on timeGather feedback from new team members to improve our onboarding journeyWork closely with Store and States Managers to identify training needs across locationsBe ready to hit the road!
