About the roleWe are seeking a Sales & Rentals Coordinator to join our Townsville Office. This role involves supporting the sales and rental teams, managing inventory allocation, and providing administrative support. The position reports to the Branch Manager.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLocate and allocate suitable rental units as required.Raise rental agreements, terminations, agreement changes, and transport documentation for the North Queensland region.Ensure all rehire vendor invoices are received and paid monthly.Log Warranty Installation reports and supply copies for commissions.Review order packs and schedule works according to customer expectations.Raise and send Purchase Orders for requested parts in sales order packs.Conduct monthly stocktakes and reconciliations, investigating variances.Request transport quotes from suppliers.Prepare and submit forms for scrapping forklifts, batteries, and chargers.Process credit card payments and provide remittance to Head Office.Skills and ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organization and coordination abilities.Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail and accuracy.PO experience is desirable but not essential.Customer service experience.What sets us apart?Crown, founded in 1945 in Ohio, is a family-owned global leader in materials handling equipment.
