Were looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team on a fixed-term contract for approximately five months, from late August 2025 through to early February 2026 to cover parental leave. This role is a unique opportunity to play a key part in delivering compassionate, high-quality support across a range of clinical administration, patient care and team collaboration tasks.You''ll be working closely with doctors, nurses, and our patient support teams to ensure every patient receives efficient, thoughtful care and support. If you thrive in a virtual care environment, are confident in clinical administration and love working in a close-knit, collaborative team, this could be a great fit for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Clinical Operations team, youll support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic through a mix of administrative, clinical, and patient-focused tasks:Liaise with clinic teams and doctors to support seamless patient careManage treatment letter requests (e.g. travel, workplace, court, discharge)Assist with escalations, including prescription issues, complaints, pharmacy and doctor escalationsPatient follow-ups, risk assessments and rebookingsPatient Support, including booking assistance, documentation, and system uploadsSupporting Doctors: triage Slack channels, monitor inboxes, and upload documentsProvide non-judgmental, patient-centred care under RN supervisionMaintain accurate and timely medical recordsCollaborate with your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experiencePlease NoteShortlisted applicants will be required to complete an IT proficiency test prior to progressing to the interview stage. As this is a digital-first environment, strong computer skills are essential.QualificationsWhat We''re Looking ForWere seeking a proactive and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who brings clinical know-how and strong operational awareness. Youll be comfortable navigating virtual systems and confident working independently within a highly supportive team.Skills And QualificationsEnrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration (no practising restrictions)Minimum 3 years of nursing experienceTelehealth or virtual care experience is highly desirableBackground in mental health or medicinal cannabis (preferred but not essential)Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGreat time management and the ability to prioritise in a busy, dynamic environmentAttention to detail with clinical and legal documentationEmpathetic communication and patient-centred support under RN supervisionThe ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to patientsAdditional InformationYou will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced team where your work drives meaningful impact in a leading tech company at the intersection of healthcare.
