Junior doctors in the GP Training Stream are supported by a dedicated Director of Clinical Training and Medical Education Officer.We offer a variety of rotations within the HMO3 General Training Stream, these include:Aged Care / GEM / SubacuteCardiologyClinical Informatics / Digital HealthNephrologyObstetrics and GynaecologyOncologyPaediatric MedicinePalliative CareEvery effort will be made to provide rotations of your choice taking into consideration your career interests, training requirements, previous experience and demands of particular rotations. However, this is not a guarantee as this is dependent on the group of successful applicants and final rotation preferences. All HMOs will be assigned a combined annual leave/nights/relieving term during the year.We have a strong focus on junior doctor education with a dedicated weekly intern and HMO education program, simulation and workshops for junior doctors, hospital grand rounds and a broad range of unit-specific education sessions.
