Job Description Develop & design creative executions for all property and brand-related projects. Generate and research new concepts and ideas. Create presentations for brand, corporate, and property teams. Prepare visual designs and videos based on corporate guidelines and marketing strategies. Effectively communicate production specs, deadlines, and design details for all projects. Complete all design/computer layout/artwork assignments by the required deadline. Prepare layout comps for brochures, mailers, and intricate collateral designs. Create display banners and social media visual designs through digital marketing channels. Qualifications 4-year degree from an accredited university. Video editing skills are a plus. 4+ years of project support experience in an agency or relevant company. Creative and design experience and knowledge. Knowledge of Corporate Identity, Brand, and Communication design. Experience in stakeholder communication, listening, and counseling on the best approach, including dropping non-value-adding efforts. Active social media user with trend awareness and comfort with technology. Proficiency in software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere. Hospitality & luxury background is a plus. Dynamic, planned, meticulous. Must have experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, HTML. #J-18808-Ljbffr
