Accountable for advising, leading and developing workforce strategies and plans, organisation design, delivery and tracking to support the varied phases of the program lifecycle across the MACS organisation.Job DescriptionWHAT YOU WILL DOLead Organisational Transformation: Design and implement innovative organisational structures and operating models that promote MACS values, strategy, effectiveness and agility.Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough current state organisational assessments, analyse complex data, and develop tailored future state solutions, to meet the unique needs of MACS and the transformation. Analyse current organisational structures, roles, business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.Provide Education Industry Consultancy: Offer strategic advice and guidance to the HR Product Manager, Operating Model Product Owner and executive leaders on organisational design principles and best practices.Drive New Ways of Working: Build and enable new ways of working into the organisational and operating model designs that align to MACS values and strategy.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including, executive and senior leadership, and external partners (within and outside of the DRI program), ensuring alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives.Project Management: Support the creation of the project plan and key activities and success measures, ensuring clear deliverables and milestones.
