The Island Australia roster boasts an enviable and diverse line-up of talent including, Dean Lewis, Peach PRC, Baker Boy, Hilltop Hoods, Vera Blue and Matt Corby among others.We are passionate and committed to artistry and are looking for a like-minded person to join our team in the role of Label Coordinator based in Sydney. The role reports to the Managing Director, Island Records Australia and works with our label team who are responsible for strategising, developing and implementing innovative plans, activations and campaigns for our artists.The roleCompile regular data & insights reporting on artist campaigns and activity to key internal and external stakeholders as directed.Assist the marketing & pr team with day-to-day artist requests and reporting.Run presentation slides, video & audio at weekly label and partner meetings in person and over zoom.Administer weekly ARIA chart forms and documents related to all Island Australia and associated labels repertoire and releasesCompile and distribute label release schedules and related documentsElectronically service tools, audio & video to partnersAssist with artist schedules and pitches as directedMake all travel bookings for the label where applicable and as directedAssist with compiling guest lists and run them at functionsOrganise suppliers and catering for launches and eventsBook couriers and collect deliveriesGeneral admin support and diary management for the Managing Director of the labelAttend artist showcases, gigs and industry eventsParticipate in label gigs, launches and eventsAbout YouA passion for music and artist development with a desire to grow your career with us!
