This Territory Manager will cover East Coast, AustraliaResponsibilitiesComplete pre-course reading and online training for mapping as outlined in the training guide within designated time.Attend didactic training and online course work and complete exams as required.Achieve EP 3D mapping certification by undertaking and completing a thorough in-house training program to allow you to support 3D mapping cases independently.Achieve sales targets and increase market share for your assigned territory through building strong relationships and providing high quality clinical service and support.Utilise market intelligence and product knowledge to develop strategic objectives within your territory to drive business growth and market share gains.Develop strong relationships with key customers that will assist in growing your business and market share to achieve sales targets.Develop relationships and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.Actively implement and execute on Power Bi initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory.Manage consignment sites and own Boot stock.Quality and Safety EnvironmentAttend regular departmental meetings with relevant manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.Meet the requirements of ISO by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met.Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimising accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.Ensure any PPE provided by the Abbott is worn.Report any accidents or incidents within 24 hours through Donesafe and notify your manager.ConductEnsure all activities carried out by self and others are in accordance with legislative employment policies, health & safety requirements and global policy.Promote a standard of excellence for quality and customer focus at Abbott.Uphold the Abbot Code of Business Conduct.Live our Abbott Values Pioneering, Achieving, Caring, Enduring.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abbott standard operating procedures and policies and always ensure compliance.Ensure your Company related activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.QualificationsTertiary qualifications in Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering (eg.
