The successful candidate will oversee the rollout of a centralised CSOC, vulnerability management, ISO 27001/PCI DSS certification efforts, and internal capability uplift across multiple regions (AU, NZ, UK).What You Will DoOwn and drive the end-to-end delivery of the Cyber Maturity Uplift Program.Manage a multi-stream project plan covering ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CSOC onboarding, vulnerability management, and vendor risk governance.Facilitate RFI/RFP processes, vendor selection, contract execution, and onboarding.Track project timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies; provide regular updates to the Steering Committee and executives.Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure local alignment and delivery success.Manage external partners, consultants, and tool integrations.Support the hiring, onboarding, and coordination of internal cyber resources.Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and risk/issue logs for executive consumption.What You Will NeedStrong and successful experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years focused on cyber security or GRC programs.Proven experience delivering ISO 27001 and/or PCI DSS compliance initiatives.Experience managing SIEM/SOAR, CSOC onboarding, and third-party security vendors.Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent.Experience working across multi-region/multi-vendor environments is highly desirable.About UsAt Kinetic, we don''t just move people - we''re creating the positive change our planet needs.
