The Role: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams across a national portfolio. Lead workforce planning and change initiatives, including post-acquisition integration. Manage complex ER matters, provide end-to-end HR advisory, and ensure compliance. Coach and develop mid-level managers and support leadership capability building. Champion cultural alignment across newly acquired or restructured entities. About You: Senior-level HR Business Partner experience. Must have supported several portfolios in a Private Equity-backed organisation role OR been in the Education industry previously. Demonstrated success leading workforce change and restructures. Strong ER expertise with a deep understanding of Australian employment legislation.
