Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, reliable operation and uptime of server and systems infrastructure, this role will involve administration and support of Microsoft 365 products including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive and hybrid Microsoft environments.The ICT Systems Administrator will be responsible for the monitoring, maintenance and upgrading of systems to ensure the environment is secured and patched. This includes, but is not limited to, vulnerability management, patch management, system upgrades, backups and monitoring of system performance. This role will troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritising problems and assessing impact of issues.The ICT Systems Administrator will lead and mentor the ICT Infrastructure Support Engineer and assist all other ICT Services teams by following support ticket escalation paths, actioning relevant incidents and completing other tasks as directed by the ICT management.
