The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on infrastructure and property development projectsProvide general commercial and contract advice to property sector clientsAssist with complex commercial sale and acquisition agreementsProvide high end advice on large commercial and industrial leasing transactionsAssist with business development and marketing initiativesRequirements4+ years PQE gained within a reputable property practiceExperience working on development projects, leasing transactions and sale & acquisitionsPEXA expertise is highly regardedExcellent analytical, drafting and communication skillsThe successful candidate will need to be an energetic, driven and focused individual with exceptional academic achievements.
