Working closely with the wider acquisitions teams you will be involved in partnering to achieve Stocklands growth targets.In this dynamic and varied role your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Business Development: Partner with leadership to drive new business opportunities and contribute to strategic bids and developments.Financial Analysis: Build feasibility assessments, detailed cash flow models, and support deal structuring and financial analysis.Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors.Approval Processes: Manage and support internal approval processes and stakeholder engagement.Procurement: Assist in running procurement processes for key project elements.Project Integration: Support the integration of new projects into Stocklands development pipeline.Networking: Develop and maintain industry relationships to stay informed about new opportunities.Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes.About youWere seeking a driven and engaged Acquisitions Manager or Development Manager to play a key role in identifying and securing new opportunities that align with our evolving strategy. These opportunities may span a range of asset classes, reflecting the diversity and ambition of our portfolio.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in development, design, acquisitions, financial feasibility and modellingideally with end-to-end experience in delivering a project.
