This service also sees children and young people up to the age of 16 years in Perth Childrens Hospital Emergency Department.Inpatient Unit (Ward 5A), Perth Childrens HospitalThe Inpatient Unit (Ward 5A) is the 20 bed tier-4 State-Wide Service offering inpatient mental health care for young people up to 16 years old. You will be supported by a full Multidisciplinary team and junior doctors. Up to 3 psychiatrists share responsibility for the patients.Gender Diversity ServiceThe Gender Diversity Service (GDS) is a specialist outpatient service for the assessment and care of children and adolescents experiencing gender diversity issues.Community CAMHSCommunity CAMHS has 10 services across the metropolitan area.
