Its the perfect time to join the team: welcome to Australias best creative education community.The role:Were looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Future Student Advisor to help shape the journeys of the next generation of creatives. You''ll join a dynamic and supportive Recruitment team, guiding prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment across our unique and industry-led courses. You''ll work toward meeting trimester enrolment targets, actively participating in sales activities including phone outreach and on-campus events to drive student enrolments.As a member of our Recruitment team, you will embody our values of Curiosity, Kindness, Connection, Courage and Mastery in everything that you do and be responsible for:Achieve enrolment targets by managing recruitment pipelines and engaging prospective students across multiple channels (phone, email, text, online, and face-to-face).Provide tailored course recommendations using a consultative sales approach to align with student needs and admission criteria.Organise and conduct auditions, interviews, campus tours, and information sessions to guide students through the application process.Represent Collarts at recruitment events, including Open Days and Career Expos, to promote the Collarts experience and foster community engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and supportive student journey from enquiry to enrolment.Maintain accurate data in the CRM system, generate reports, and use performance dashboards to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.Contribute to continuous improvement by implementing innovative recruitment strategies and best practices.This position is based at the Wellington Street campus in Collingwood with some ability to work from home. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive team, enriching the lives of our students.We are looking for someone who has:Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the education, call center or similar high-pressure environment.Demonstrated ability to meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Such as conversion, speed to outreach, process adherence, attrition as KPI examples) and targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with prospective students.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information and build rapport.Demonstrates a positive contribution to Collarts culture by aligning with its core values and fostering a collaborative work environment.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.Ability to successfully obtain a Working with Children CheckIt''s a bonus if you have:Proven experience in using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to manage data and drive recruitment outcomes.High initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to quickly understand and articulate new processes and technologies.Possess High level of organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills.Passionate interest in the creative arts industry.As shortlisting will commence immediately, we reserve the right to close this recruitment earlier than the stated closing date.
