Reporting into the Group Manager Store Design & Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of store fit-out projects and negotiating with landlords. This is a full-time position based at our Support Office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end store fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion and overseeing documentation, as well as coordinating with external suppliers and shop fittersDevelop concept designs and presentation packages that align with project briefs, ensuring design vision and objectives are metPrepare and maintain standards and guideline packages, including both 2D and 3D REVIT documentation, to ensure consistency across all projectsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including brand leaders, leasing teams, and visual merchandisers, as well as external stakeholders such as architects, landlords, suppliers, and shop fitters, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycleSkills & ExperienceA relevant qualification in Architecture or Interior Design, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experienceExpertise in Revit modeling, detailing, and documentation, with a strong technical proficiencyIn-depth knowledge of shop fitting, joinery, metal fabrication, and general construction methodsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with the ability to utilize these tools effectively for design and communication purposesA solid understanding of the Australian Building Code (BCA), ensuring compliance in all design and construction projectsStrong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsGenerous staff discount and access to our sample salesCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkWork closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environmentEngage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growthCoffee lover?
