Assist in tracking and reporting compliance with management systems, corporate policies, and statutory requirements. Prepare safety and environmental documentation for quality audits and inspections.Quality System Administration: Support the delivery of Quality team outputs by maintaining project KRA and KPI tracking systems and documentation. Assist in budget monitoring and reporting for quality activities. Maintain and update quality management documentation including IPMP and QMP records. Administer quality system compliance tracking and prepare improvement recommendation reports.Process and System Support: Assist in maintaining current BMD Policy and system documentation updates. Support the identification and evaluation of improvement opportunities by preparing comparative analyses and benchmarking reports. Coordinate communication of system changes to team members and maintain distribution records.Operational Administrative Functions: Maintain quality control documentation and site records to support the "get it right first time" culture. Assist in tracking client requirements and regulatory compliance documentation for AS/NZ ISO 9001:2008 standards. Administer subcontractor quality compliance documentation and contract constraint tracking.Support Monitoring and Auditing: Coordinate inspections, maintain ITP documentation, and manage Hold Point process records. Assist in preparing draft NCR documentation and coordinate with engineering teams. Process and distribute lot management reports and non-conformance documentation to construction teams.Documentation and Reporting: Coordinate Toolbox Talk scheduling and maintain training records where quality skill gaps are identified. Assist in preparing and reviewing ITPs and other quality documentation.
