Together, were committed to the change that women want to see.Our OpportunityWe have a 6-month contract opportunity for a new Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team, based in our Cremorne Head Office, reporting directly to our Sussan Managing Director.You will be responsible for the design and production of all marketing materials to promote the brand across all media channels, including digital, stores, and internal/external communications.Working with the leadership team and GM, you will develop and implement the strategic direction and plan for the Sussan brand, as well as manage the post-production of all creative work and in-house creative.As a brand custodian, you will oversee how the brand appears through all internal and external communications across all channels.Your day-to-day will include:Supporting the General Manager with the creative direction of the brandManaging and coordinating all advertising and marketing photographyLeading and managing the marketing team of 3Coordinating photo shoots; demonstrating an understanding of the creative processProviding feedback to the Digital Team on all creative for the Sussan websiteLeading and executing social content strategyManaging PR & media relations; developing brand-appropriate content for social mediaManaging strategic PR opportunities with PR agenciesInfluencing and coaching other business functions to ensure brand consistency in assets and communicationsLeading the VIP & CRM strategy across the brandDriving the Sussan VIP program campaigns and customer communicationsManaging the marketing budgetBuilding effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersTo be successful in this role, you must have:Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (desirable)Proven experience in digital marketing strategy developmentLeadership experience and people management skillsExperience managing teams and agencies to deliver effective campaignsStrong commercial acumenStrong attention to detailInfluencing and relationship-building skillsWhy work for Sussan?At Sussan, we believe in creating a supportive and nurturing workplace that prioritizes women and their needs.
