Job Description The Sales Representative will achieve sales objectives for the Commercial Branding & Transportation Division (CBTD) by independently managing assigned accounts within a designated territory. This role is suited for individuals with significant sales achievements, advanced selling skills, and a consistent record of positive sales results. The position involves managing the sales territory with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Establish and Achieve Objectives: Set and meet sales goals within the division. Sales and Marketing: Leverage understanding of 3Ms brand, innovation story, and key value propositions to maximize revenue. Demonstrate and train customers on product applications. Collaborate with marketing to identify target audiences and develop account plans using CRM. Coordination and Planning: Effectively manage time and resources for territory coverage and communication. Administration: Maintain accurate account and prospect information, and support sales activities with proper resources. Leadership: Exhibit leadership qualities with clients and peers, accept direction, mentor others, and foster collaboration. Development: Continuously improve skills related to market knowledge, products, selling techniques, and administrative tasks. Policy Compliance: Follow sales policies, practices, and procedures of the business unit. Qualifications Bachelors degree or relevant experience in the Graphics industry preferred. Experience in Print, Signage, and Architectural Graphics preferred. Proficiency with computers, including basic PC software and specialized sales tools. Extensive knowledge of product lines, customer segments, markets, and competitive products, prices, and policies.
