And with a new fleet of state-of-the-art aircraft, plus new routes being added, the skys the limit.Join Jetstar as a Manager Finance Transformation and play a key role in driving best-in-class finance processes across the organisation. In this strategic role, you''ll work closely with Finance Workstream Leads to identify and implement sustainable improvements that enhance performance and embed a positive culture. Youll lead the execution of key initiatives identified in end-to-end finance reviews and provide project management support across both the Jetstar Finance Transformation and Qantas Group Transformation programs. This is a unique opportunity to influence meaningful change within a dynamic and fast-paced finance environment.Key RequirementsTo be successful in the Manager Finance Transformation role, you will ideally bring:A professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA / CPA) preferred but not essentialProven experience in Finance Transformation or similar business improvement rolesExperience working in complex, high-pressure corporate environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teamsStrong project management capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong financial acumen and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindsetExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and adaptability, with a track record of delivering in fast-paced environmentsA continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive and manage changeStrong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile environmentsAbility to influence and build relationships across diverse cultures, geographies, and stakeholder groupsAbout UsThe Jetstar Group has airlines in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Vietnam.
