Youll work closely with the Gina & Matty show producers, presenters and the wider digital team to produce scroll-stopping social content, must-watch videos and engaging podcasts.If you love radio, thrive on a tight deadline and know how to take radio from speaker to smartphone, we want to hear from you. Youll also have a mind for partnerships, knowing how to make our clients sit pretty alongside our Star 104.5 brand.Our ideal candidate? Somone fast on the edit, obsessed with the details, and on the trend curve - if something wild happens live, youre already cutting it for TikTok before the song ends.What you will be doing and what skills you may have:In summary:Collaborate with the Gina & Matty team to spot the golden moments and turn them into A+ digital content.Produce short-form video for TikTok, Reels and other social platformsManage the upload, titling and promotion of the shows daily podcast episodes and driving download growthContribute to and execute a weekly social content calendar aligned to key show moments, social trends, tactics and audience dataTrack content performance and make data-led decisions to increase reach, downloads and engagement across Show and client branded contentWork closely with the Audience Engagement team to ideate, create, deliver and report across client and partner social commitmentsEnsure brand voice, tone and creative are consistent across all platforms and outputsTo be successful in this role you will have:Experience creating and editing high-quality short-form video content, ideally in a fast-paced media or entertainment environmentSkill across Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop (bonus points for After Effects)A natural flair for comedy, storytelling and creating content that connectsSharp organisational skillsProven experience building and engaging social media communities, especially on TikTok and InstagramStrong organisational skills as you''ll be managing multiple content streams and conflicting deadlinesConfidence working both independently and in close collaboration with a creative, high-energy teamTo support & reward your success in this role we will offer the successful candidate:A high-performance culture where you will work amongst a team that prides itself on being engaged, dynamic and able to leap over any obstacle put before itExclusive early bird access to the biggest events & concerts across AustraliaAdditional leave days: Anniversary & Loyalty leave, Give back Leave, Mental Wellbeing daysAccess to Learning and Development programs & internal opportunitiesAccess to health and wellbeing initiatives (Novas Life+ & Employee Assistance Program, mental health training programs)Amazing employee benefits from a huge variety of partners nationally (we dont want to boast, but it is a lot)Frequent staff lunches & survey celebrations (2025 is already shaping up to be a BIG year with some BIG wins)This is a part-time, on-site position located in our Gosfordstudios.
