Open 7 days a week (8AM9PM weekdays, 9AM7PM weekends), were committed to delivering exceptional service and personalised care to support the health and wellbeing of our local community.The OpportunityWere seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a Permanent Part-Time basis. Youll be an integral part of our pharmacy operationssupporting customers, maintaining stock, and assisting with dispensary processes.This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, keen to learn, and looking to grow their career in community pharmacy. You''ll work alongside a supportive team and gain valuable experience, with opportunities for progression into roles such as Dispensary Technician, and access to additional training as it becomes available.Regular ShiftsMonday to Friday: 10:30 AM 5:00 PM (35 hours per week)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, professional customer service and healthcare adviceAssist customers with general product and medication enquiriesConduct over-the-counter sales and product recommendationsRestock shelves and maintain inventory levelsSupport dispensary staff with prescription in/out and order fulfilmentAssist with medication deliveries as requiredFollow instructions from the Retail Manager and Pharmacist on dutyWhat Youll BringA valid Australian drivers licence with a good driving recordPrior pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential)Basic knowledge of pharmacy products and servicesFamiliarity with FRED POS (highly regarded)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsHigh attention to detail and time managementA proactive attitude and willingness to learnS2 & S3 trainingCertificate II or III in Community Pharmacy (highly regarded)Why Join Us?
