View our application guide for information on how to respond to criteria and improve your application.Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer and Current Authority to Practice as an Occupational Therapist with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and significant experience in the provision of occupational therapy services within Cancer related services such as; haematology, oncology, palliative care, and/or lymphoedema.Demonstrated experience in the identification of evidence based practice and/or development of treatment protocolsDemonstrated experience participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process.Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring of staff and/or studentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy in a range of programsApplicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver''s license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
