Foster an inclusive learning environment, tailoring strategies to diverse student needs. Contribute to continuous improvement, manage operational duties efficiently, and maintain industry connections for customised training.The successful applicant will participate in all facets of the learning process from course enquiry and advice to assessing and determining the educational and training requirements of students within the Certificate III in Tourism and Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism programs.ABOUT YOUAn approved degree, diploma or certificate in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications, at least to the level being delivered and assessed; andCertificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.Experience in vocational and/or higher education teaching, with a focus on course development.Strong communication, interpersonal, and research skills for engaging diverse student cohorts.Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative and flexible education, showing adaptability and creativity in teaching approaches.Recent industry experiences using major GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo), with sound knowledge of airfare construction, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.Familiarity with IATA fare structures, codes, and itinerary planning.ABOUT USHolmesglen is aleading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
