Restaurant Manager - Soho Restaurant and Bar - SouthbankWe are looking for an enthusiastic professional Restaurant Manager to lead our fun, dynamic, and outgoing team.Soho Restaurant & Bar is located on Southbank. We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, and we also host live music!As a Restaurant Manager, you will require at least 5 years of experience in this role.The role will include, but is not limited to, the following areas:Day-to-day running of the restaurantManaging reservations and POS systemsMotivating the restaurant staffHiring, training, and maintaining adequate staff levelsBuilding rapport with our existing repeat clientele and developing new relationshipsCompiling daily and weekly operations reportsWorking with senior managementMeeting your KPIsThe skills you must possess are:Excellent communication skillsEffective time managementAbility to handle customer complaints and defuse situations professionallyAll training and support with our systems will be provided.
