Property Manager - Based From Home - RemoteDPN Property Management is a standalone Property Management business (not part of a Real Estate agency) within an award-winning Property and Financial Services Company.In addition to Property Management, our offerings include property investment, mortgage broking, and home design.ABOUT THE ROLEWorking alongside a welcoming team of experienced Property Managers across NSW & QLD, this end-to-end role is responsible for managing approximately 125 properties, ranging from Peregian Springs to Gympie.You will succeed in this position because you are passionate about delivering an elevated customer experience to both tenants and landlords and have at least 2-3 years of experience working in end-to-end portfolio management.Based from your own home office, you will be provided with all necessary tools and technology to succeed, supported by our friendly head office and offshore teams.Requirements include a current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence, experience with Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with cloud-based property management systems. You will need your own car to travel within your portfolio and attend our shared workspace in Chermside biweekly.
