If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and love turning complex information into compelling visual narratives, this could be your next big move.The OpportunityThis is a great role for a skilled MidSenior Designer with a strong eye for design craft and a passion for creating work thats as strategic as it is beautiful. While the broader team covers a wide range of creative outputs, this role will focus on Afterpays business-facing communications from partner marketing and sales enablement to internal product collateral.Youll be the kind of designer who loves distilling complex ideas into clean, impactful visuals. Confident owning a brief end-to-end, youll collaborate with teams like Growth, Product, Marketing, and Sales to bring a thoughtful, brand-led approach to B2B design challenges. Its a chance to flex both your conceptual thinking and executional skills in a fast-paced, in-house environment all while helping shape the creative standards of a globally recognised brand.Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality visual design for B2B touchpoints including presentations, sales decks, product explainers, one-pagers, case studies, and event assets.Translate complex product or business information into simple, clear, and on-brand creative outputs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand goals and deliver work that supports business objectives.Evolve and maintain design systems for B2B materials, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.Align closely with brand and performance teams to ensure your work complements broader campaign activity.Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, or shifting priorities.Who You Are:Like us, youre passionate about delivering exceptional creative work that drives engagement and results.58 years of experience in visual design or creative communications.A portfolio that shows off your ability to turn content-heavy briefs into beautifully designed, easy-to-digest materials.Solid design fundamentals layout, typography, colour, hierarchy and the ability to apply them with purpose.A proactive, collaborative mindset with a high level of attention to detail.Confidence working across digital formats, especially presentation design and marketing collateral.Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Bonus points for motion or interactive experience (but not essential).Where Youll Be WorkingThis is a Fixed Term Contract, initially running through to the end of 2025. Youll be working in a hybrid setupwith a mix of remote-first flexibility and opportunity for in-office collaboration at Afterpays Sydney HQ. While this role is based in Sydney, youll also have access to Afterpays Melbourne office if youre travelling or collaborating with the wider team.
