We know how to utilize technology to improve our customers experience, and seek like minded experienced support staff to join our team.Qualifications & experienceYou will have 2-3 years experience in an office environment preferably in the Body Corporate, property management or a related services sector.You will be familiar with a fast moving, customer oriented environment and experienced in customer support, data entry and simple accounting tasks.You will be proficient in cloud based software applications, StrataMax or similar, Microsoft Office suite and have experience in a property or Body Corporate management environment.Above all - you will be an excellent communicator. Your grooming, presentation and presentation skills will positively represent our brand in all customer engagement.Tasks & responsibilitiesYou will provide front line customer service to customers and clients as well as coordinate the processes in our Office. You will be responsible for a great customer experience when clients visit and call our Office, as well as ensure email, online and website communications are promptly handled.As a key support to professional Body Corporate Managers, you will coordinate the preparation, updating and processing of specific project files, ensuring our high standards of accuracy, completeness and timeline targets are met.You will have clerical duties, filing and data entry tasks as well as accounting processes on the specialized BCMax software. You will be experienced in the paperless office environment and familiar with the MS Office suite.You will be responsible for marketing and sales support to the business engaged in the preparation, production and distribution of marketing materials on line and via traditional distribution.Great entry level position to the fast growing and very stable Body Corporate management industry.Fast career pathing to senior roleIndustry specific advanced training will be sponsored by the company following a probation period.This is not a boring office job.
