In this role you will report to the Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:Call centre interactions through voice, live chat and emailFace-to-face meeting with members.Establishment of new salary packaging account.Administration of in-life salary packaging amendments.Quality assurance project work.About YouOther key skills, experience and qualification:Prior experience in the salary packaging industry is highly regarded, but not essential.Prior experience in a contact centre is highly regarded.Be a highly motivated professional with a drive for customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Sound time management skills.Prior experience in a high paced customer service role is highly regarded but not essential for the right environment.Next StepsWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
