We advocate for shared decision-making, collaborative relationships, compassionate and person-centred leadership, and supporting innovative practices.The Neurosciences Close Observation & Acute Stroke Unit deliver hyper acute and complex person-centred care, as the Nurse Unit Manager you will lead your nursing team and collaborate will all members of the multidisciplinary team.As a Nursing Unit Manager in SESLHD you will be in charge of the Neurosciences Close Observation & Acute Stroke Unit in the Prince of Wales Hospital. As the Nursing Unit Manager, you will serve a pivotal role as a visible leader and role model for nurses and midwives across SESLHD. You will set the clinical standards for the Neurosciences Close Observation & Acute Stroke Unit. Your role is diverse and dynamic, focusing on supporting nurses to deliver safe, high Neurosciences Close Observation & Acute Stroke Unit quality care.As the Nursing Unit Manager of Neurosciences Close Observation & Acute Stroke Unit you will be responsible for coordinating the patient services, managing the unit and managing the nursing/midwifery staff.
