We currently have a presence in Sydney, Melbourne and Manila.Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are looking for a talented PMO Lead with relevant experience who shares our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change to join our team on a contract basis.Your new Role:As a PMO Lead, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high-quality PMO services. Each engagement is different but typical responsibilities of a PMO Lead include:Establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.Driving improvements and uplifting PMO capabilitiesDeveloping and implementing robust processes, managing the overall governance and controlsRefining existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establishing best practices and frameworks.Liaise with Sponsors, Steering Committee members, and stakeholders at all levels of the clients organisationLead/coach/mentor PMO team membersWhat you bring:Self-starter with proven ability to set up and run project, program &/or portfolio PMOsMinimum 7 years experience in implementing improvements in the value delivered by the PMOTrack record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects & programsProven abilities in the establishment and management of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfoliosExperience leading teamsSolid stakeholder management skills and ability to influenceExperience in EPMO as well as project-level PMO is desirable.Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsorsHigh energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround successTenacity and resilience, remain calm under pressure situationsWhat we OfferSeven Consulting is committed to building a community of high calibre PMO & project delivery professionals and providing a rewarding career by offering:A collaborative & inclusive culturePaid overtimeRecognition & rewards for high performanceCharity initiatives Project 7Access to our Employee Assistance ProgramDiversity, Equity, and InclusionSeven Consulting embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
