Working as part of this supportive and growing team, you will be responsible for the facilities management of a prime commercial asset. This new role will suit a Facilities Manager ready for their next challenge and eager to continue honing their skillset.Key responsibilities will includeSupervise and monitor all operations and maintenance of the propertyFamiliarity and monitoring of correct operation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire services and other systems and equipmentCompliance with the relevant legislation and organisational processesParticipate in and manage site specific audits and risks reportsEnsure work orders and purchase orders are closed out in a timely mannerContractor management including tendering of services where applicableManagement of tenant work order maintenance requestsProvide clear and concise written recommendations on capital replacements or upgradesAssisting the Property Manager to prepare the annual operating expense and capital expenditure budgetsReporting and documentation in line with client and organisational proceduresWhat Sets You ApartPrevious experience in Facilities Management roleExperience across retail or commercial assets favourableStrong tenant focusStrategic approach to problem solvingExcellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEnergetic, ambitious and motivatedWhat Sets Us ApartWe actively seek out people who possess that rare mix of work ethic, rock solid integrity and attentiveness to client needs.
