In this entry-level role, you will assist in coordinating campus events, engaging with students and university partners, and supporting the execution of recruitment strategies. You will also help with internal people initiatives, gaining exposure to key areas of People & Culture.Key ResponsibilitiesCampus RecruitmentSupport the planning and execution of campus recruitment initiatives in line with the Firms talent acquisition strategy to attract high-potential university students and recent graduatesRepresent the Firm at campus-related events such as university career fairs, recruitment talks, networking sessions, and on-campus interviews to enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experienceAssist in preparing engaging recruitment materials and content tailored for student audiences, including event collateral, digital assets, and post-event surveys to gather feedback and improve future outreach effortsEmployer BrandingAssist to strengthen BDOs Employment Value Proposition in line with BDOs employer brand strategy as one of the top employers of choice for professional and graduate hiresResponsible for building/extending good rapport/relationships with various stakeholders including government talent agencies, universities and professional bodiesOther ResponsibilitiesAssist the People & Culture team in execution of various Employee Engagement activities internallyProvide administrative support for recruitment initiatives, including but not limited to the preparation of payment vouchers and AMLA-related documentationEducation and professional skills / knowledgeExperience & EducationA recognised degree in Human Resources, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field, with at least a Second Class Upper (or equivalent)Minimum of one year of relevant working experience; however, fresh graduates with strong interest in campus recruitment are also encouraged to applyOther skillsStrong command of both spoken and written EnglishA collaborative team player who is dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinkingExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levelsfrom Gen Z candidates to experienced professionals and key stakeholdersSelf-driven, proactive, and capable of working independentlyProficient in using simple design tools such as Canva or equivalent platforms to create engaging recruitment materialsWilling and able to travel to university campuses, including outstation locations, as requiredThank you for your application.
