Strong Financially Stable CompanyPermanent Full Time position, Monday - Fridayfriendly team environment| Based in Holtze DarwinAbout the RoleThe Administration Officer is a pivotal role within our Darwin branch which has a variety of key duties and responsibilities. The incumbent would be responsible for the day to day administrative and operational activities by providing assistance and support to the Branch Manager where reasonably required.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSwitch board operations and assisting with enquires in a respectful manner.Manage incoming mail from all sources including customers, suppliers and technicians.Assist with sales administrative activities including the sale of spare parts.Maintain the main office with stationary orders and other office consumables in accordance with TMHA procedures.Assist with service administrative duties including, the processing and invoice of Purchase Orders.Assist with customer enquiries regarding short term rental and coordinating the fleet.Actively promote and be aware of safety in the workplace.Qualifications & Experience:Certificate III in Business Administration is desirableAt least 5 years of previous experience in a similar roleIntermediate level of experience with Microsoft office suite including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Including data base, Movex (M3)ERP type system, SAP or similarPrevious experience in a fast pace working environmentSkills:Experience working within an industrial service sector, such as the materials handling industry or similarStrong customer service skills and attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGreat telephone etiquetteOur commitment:TMHA is committed to ongoing growth and development of its employees.
