As we enter an exciting phase of growth, join our dynamic team and become part of a culture that values excellence, creativity, and authenticity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals and delivery.Manage a portfolio of transformation and improvement projects, tracking progress, risks, and outcomes.Perform business, market, and competitor analysis to generate insights that inform strategy.Support the development and implementation of strategic frameworks such as Balanced Scorecards and OKRs.Organise and facilitate leadership meetings, offsites, and performance review sessions.Drive business process improvements and support organisational change initiatives.Prepare comprehensive reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership and board members.About YouYou are a strategic thinker driven by a passion for business improvement and transformation.
