We are looking for motivated professionals to join our dynamic team to deliver a sustainable Salesforce ecosystem to manage a complex and varied workload.Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst:As a Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst, you will work with clients to elicit and define business requirements, bridging the gap between business needs and Salesforce technology. You will gather and document workflows, data, and requirements, work with the Solution Lead to design solutions, and collaborate with developers and testers to communicate acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will support users, manage data loads, prepare reports, and configure Salesforce to meet needs.Role Responsibilities:This is a delivery role with responsibilities including:Research and analyze clients'' business requirementsAssist with data modeling based on understanding of client dataUnderstand business processes and prepare BPMN modelsCollaborate with the project team to transfer knowledge for design, implementation, and testingEnable users to onboard and maximize Salesforce platform usageParticipate in governance to ensure best practice alignmentImplement low-risk change requests such as report creation and maintenanceSupport problem resolution and incident management activitiesRequired Skills:Experience in testing, project delivery, housekeeping, assurance, data load, gathering business requirements, quality assurance, development, security, research, maintenance, design, and business analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
