This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring fair, equitable, and cost-effective rostering, as well as accurate payroll processing in accordance with relevant industrial awards, legislative requirements, and both district and state policies.The role requires close collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the Network Training Unit, medical department heads, and rostering managers. A key responsibility is to support strategic initiatives aimed at improving administrative efficiency and contributing to the long-term development and sustainability of the trainee psychiatrist program.A key focus of the position is the wellbeing and pastoral care of trainee psychiatrists and delivered in alignment with the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) framework and the NSW Health JMO Support Plan.
