Together, were committed to the change that women want to see.We are seeking a Merchandise Planner to join our collaborative Planning team, based in our Cremorne head office.As a commercially minded and driven individual, you will play a vital role in the team, enabling the department and your category to achieve set sales plans and overall gross profit.Reporting to the Planning Manager and partnering closely with our Buying team, your ability to build key relationships as well as effectively influence and solve problems will play an important part in your day-to-day and support your success in this fast-paced and hands-on role.Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with Buying to develop detailed buying plans develop growth strategiesReview range to ensure brand strategies and financial goals are being metOversee the planning and re-forecasting of key items and volume linesOTB Management, continually identify & develop opportunities for achieving financial objectivesReview store sales and allocations with Planning AssistantsLiaise with internal & external teams as requiredSkills & Experience:Allocation experience within retail - Apparel idealAdvanced MS Excel skillsDemonstrated experience in reporting and analysisExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong relationship building and stakeholder management capabilityWhy work for Sussan?At Sussan we believe in creating a supportive and nurturing workplace that puts women and their needs first.
