Your key responsibilities will include:Training & Community LeadDesign and deliver engaging, user-focused training across Office 365, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, other key tools, and emerging technologies.Develop enablement materials: quick guides, use cases, walkthrough videos, and digital adoption tips.Facilitate in-person and online sessions, including national webinars and focus groups.Designs and delivers training programsRuns internal Communities of Practice (CoP) and user groupsCoordinates with Content and Marketing for training materialsBusiness & Process AnalystEngages with business units to gather needs and pain pointsMaps and improves business processesEvaluates opportunities for automation or AI useSupports change management and adoptionStrategic Innovation & AI LeadershipIdentify and assess emerging technologies (e.g., Claude, DeepSeek, AI agents) for business value.Work closely with the AI Program Owner and National IT to evaluate, test, and recommend AI and automation tools.Contribute to the AI strategy: from discovery and stakeholder engagement to inputting into pilot projects.Business Partnership & CommunicationPartner with key staff to identify challenges, align adoption with business needs, and drive enablement.Manage communications and updates regarding performance, new releases (e.g., Copilot Labs), and roadmap changes.Track feedback, resolve support issues, and serve as the trusted point of contact for Copilot queries and issue escalation.Research, Evaluation & Thought LeadershipStay current on industry trends, user behaviour, and market shifts in professional services tech.Lead experimentation with new tools (e.g., prompt engineering, AI-enhanced reporting).Publish insights, playbooks, and adoption guidance aligned with strategic goals.What Your Experience Might Look Like:This role suits someone who has previously worked in roles such as:Business Analyst - understanding workflows, gathering requirements, and translating needs into digital solutions.IT Trainer or Digital Skills Educator - designing and delivering training across user groups.Innovation Consultant or Tech Evangelist - identifying new tools, piloting innovation, and influencing change.Technology Change Manager - guiding people and processes through digital transformation.User Experience (UX) or Service Designer - simplifying complex tools and building user-centred solutions.You may have come from consulting, internal innovation teams, IT strategy, product enablement, or professional services.What We''re Looking ForYou are a cross-functional thinker who blends tech knowledge with empathy and influence. You bring:Strong teaching, facilitation, and content creation skills.Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Experience designing and delivering adoption strategies at scale.Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, M365, Power Platform, and/or automation tools.An understanding of the business of professional services and the people at the heart of it.Self-motivated problem-solver.Bonus Points for:Experience leading Copilot or generative AI adoption in a consulting or professional services firm.Working knowledge of AI ethics, security, and responsible innovation frameworks.Experience liaising with vendors or evaluating third-party tools for enterprise environments.Life at RSM:RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
