As the Backup and Windows 11 Project Manager, you''ll use your experience in infrastructure delivery, OS deployment, and stakeholder coordination to lead two key IT uplift projects across the organisation. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working closely with technical teams and external partners to deliver modern, resilient platforms that support clinical and business operations.What you''ll bringThis is a key opportunity to deliver two high-impact technology uplift projects that will strengthen Mercy Health''s infrastructure and end-user experience. As the Project Manager, you''ll take ownership of the rollout of a new enterprise backup platform and the organisation-wide deployment of Windows 11. You''ll work with experienced internal teams and trusted partners to ensure a smooth, secure, and well-coordinated implementation across all sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivery, values collaboration, and wants to contribute to meaningful change in a complex health and aged care environment.To thrive in this role, you will have:At least 5 years'' experience managing infrastructure or enterprise IT projectsA strong track record delivering operating system upgrades or device rollout programsProven ability to manage third-party vendors and delivery partnersSolid understanding of backup technologies (ideally Commvault) and Windows deployment practicesStrong project planning, coordination, and reporting skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and operational stakeholdersRelevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK)Experience working in complex or regulated environments, such as health or aged careA collaborative approach with the ability to keep momentum and focus in a multi-stakeholder settingConfidence managing competing priorities, risks, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreamsDemonstrated experience delivering backup (e.g. Commvault) and/or Windows 10/11 deployment projects within large or complex enterprise environments.You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record CheckReady to help us shape the future of healthcare?Join us and make a meaningful difference in people''s lives - and your career.Are you ready to apply for this role?
