With a diversified portfolio across residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors, they offer a dynamic environment for someone looking to work across both funds management and property development.This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, commercially minded professional to join a high-performing team, supporting financial and investment decisions across the full lifecycle of property projects and investment funds.Funds & Investment SupportMaintain and enhance financial models for both active and prospective investmentsAssist in monitoring fund performance and preparing investor reportsSupport quarterly and annual fund reporting, including financial and operational insightsConduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysisDevelopment & Project AnalyticsProvide commercial support to development teams through cost forecasting, budgeting, and feasibility analysisConduct IRR/NPV modelling, residual land valuations, and cashflow projectionsCollaborate with Development Managers, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure accurate financial tracking across projectsSupport due diligence on new acquisitions, including legal and planning reviewsCapital & Debt ManagementAssist with structuring and documenting capital raising initiatives and debt facilitiesLiaise with external advisors during transaction executionMaintain lender communication packs, covenant tracking, and repayment schedulesReporting & Stakeholder EngagementPrepare and present financial updates to senior stakeholdersConsolidate project cashflows and forecasts for internal reportingAssist in auditing contracts and ensuring compliance with procurement standards and agreementsExperience:25 years of experience in a property funds, investment analysis, valuation, or development financeExperience in mixed-use residential or commercial projects preferredAdvanced in Excel and financial modelling (DCF, feasibility, sensitivity testing)Strong commercial acumen and sound understanding of property markets, capital structuring, and financial reportingAbout you:Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetClear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionallyHighly organised with attention to detail and accuracySelf-driven, adaptable, resilient, and collaborativeTo ApplyPlease click on Apply for this job below to send your resume for consideration.Alternatively, if you have any questions or would like to know more please contact Chloe Pheloung on chloe@buildabilitygroup.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
