The role will take ownership of end-to-end bid/tender submissions, including the development of relevant digital content, visuals, follow-up presentations, and tender-related activities.You will collaborate with industry partners, internal and external subject matter experts, and subcontractors to support bids that enable the business to grow by securing new opportunities in line with strategic objectives.This position presents a unique opportunity to play a key role in a high-growth, technology-focused environment, driving successful project outcomes and contributing to overall business success.How youll make an impact as a Bid Proposal Lead at EasyPark ANZBid WritingLead and manage the end-to-end delivery of high-quality tender responses, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions that align with business objectives.Research, write, edit, and maintain a wide range of technical and bid documentation, translating complex concepts into clear, audience-appropriate content, and enhancing submissions with supporting visuals.Collaborate effectively with internal and external subject matter experts to gather and refine content, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to support bid readiness.Oversee document and project management systems to manage multiple tenders simultaneously, ensuring all submissions are compliant, reviewed, and approved to a high standard.Drive continuous improvement by conducting bid retrospectives, seeking feedback, and maintaining updated pre-sales collateral to support future opportunities.Technical WritingDevelop, write, and edit a wide range of technical documentation (e.g., user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, FAQs, training materials) for physical and online platforms, ensuring content is clear and audience-appropriate.Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences while maintaining consistency in terminology, style, and tone across all documentation.Design and incorporate effective visual aids, including screenshots, diagrams, and flowcharts, to enhance user understanding and engagement.Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather, clarify, and validate technical information.Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides, managing repositories (e.g., Confluence) to ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility.Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines, and effectively communicating progress and roadblocks to stakeholders.Contribute to continuous improvement by refining documentation based on user feedback and analytics, and by participating in product development cycles to align documentation requirements with project timelines.Knowledge & ExperienceBachelors degree in Technology, Business, Marketing Communications, or a related field.Proven experience leading complex, high-value bid submissions in competitive environments.Skilled in developing high-quality written and digital communication assets, managing content libraries, and maintaining effective archiving processes.Strong understanding of tender processes with awareness of political, industry, and local market dynamics.Experience in the parking, transport, or mobility sector is advantageous but not essential; however, demonstrated experience in leading sophisticated, competitive tenders is required.Membership in, or active involvement with, a professional technical writing network is desirable.Ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships and stakeholder partnerships.Demonstrated BehavioursThinks strategically with clarity, is articulate, and demonstrates strong attention to detail.Shows leadership, initiative, and a self-starter mindset.Brings a can-do attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo.Demonstrates strong time management, project management, and interpersonal skills.Applies ingenuity and excellent problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges.Customer-focused, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.Willingness to work outside of normal hours on occasion to liaise with US/EU counterpartsWillingness to travel nationally when requiredTeam OverviewAt EasyPark, we love making cities more livable.
